The European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) recently asked ICF Mostra to produce a corporate video aimed at strengthening its brand as an employer.
Their aim is to attract high quality job candidates to come and work for the European institutions and agencies. Already considered one of the top employers across Europe, according to the ‘Times Top 100 Employers 2012’ list, EPSO is in fierce competition to attract the best candidates from all over Europe.
In response, ICF Mostra produced a one and half minute video clip in line with EPSO’s new branding strategy that has a young, modern and dynamic feel to it. Instead of using actors, real EU employees were featured in the filming. Aimed at university graduates between 20 and 35 years old, the clip promotes the message that the EU is a great place to work while expressing a sense of challenge and inspiration. It conveys the sentiment that they can help make a difference by working for Europe.
The video clip is being disseminated via EU careers websites and other EPSO channels with plans to disseminate it further via other online media.
