Through PROI Worldwide, ICF Mostra is extending its reach in Africa. New partners in Kenya and Ghana build upon existing regional hubs in South and Northern Africa and extend the possibility of pan-African communication strategies.
PROI Worldwide is a network of 75 carefully selected communication agencies and the world’s largest partnership of independently owned PR and marketing agencies. According to the latest publication of the Holmes World Report, PROI Worldwide ranks 5th among both global holding companies and centrally-owned multinationals, with total fee income exceeding US $615 million. ICF Mostra has been part of PROI Worldwide for 10 years and participates in annual international and regional meetings in which CEOs from each partner agency share knowledge and best practices with one another.
The African continent is a very important growth market but offices in each country are not possible. PROI Worldwide aims to have regional hubs in strategic cities which will be able to serve clients in South, East, West and North Africa. Janet Kimani, Managing Director of PROI-Levanter Africa says, “Astute and locally relevant communications strategies are needed – more than ever – to cut through the complexities of African markets,” and reports that she is “delighted to be in partnership with 75 like-minded entrepreneurial, integrated communications companies.”
